I am Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Redian Software, a global IT services and digital transformation company headquartered in Noida, India, with operations across the UAE, UK, USA, and Africa. Redian Software has grown into a trusted partner for organizations in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, delivering enterprise solutions in CRM, FinTech, and InsurTech.

Holds a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and then MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. With more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, I have successfully led digital transformation initiatives across Banking, Finance, Insurance, Energy, and Manufacturing domains.

As a National SME Council Member of NASSCOM, I actively contributes to advancing India’s technology ecosystem..

Under my leadership, Redian Software has expanded its footprint across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Cameroon, Ghana, South Africa, UAE, UK, and the USA, driving fintech and digital transformation in both emerging and developed markets. My mission is to leverage technology to make financial and insurance services more inclusive, efficient, and accessible globally.
